These connectors are used in various places in the arcade industry. The 5-pin is for example used in the cable harness for both Sanwa and Seimitsu joysticks. Bigger connectors are used in for example Model 2 and 3 cable harnesses.

The pins that goes with these connectors can handle cables with a thickness between AWG 28-22. These pins are open barrel types so be sure that you have the appropriate tool like the Hozan P-706 we sell for example.
