What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal.
We will have more payment options in 2019.
I just made a new order but I forgot something, can you add it?
If you already ordered and want to add something then we send you a refund so you can make a new order with everything included. This is so we have complete orders and don't forget anything during the packing process.
How do I cancel an order?
Just contact us and we will help you.
I got a voucher, how do I use it?
If you got a voucher then you can apply it during checkout, it will say where you can apply it.
Older orders do not show up on my account, why?
We updated the web shop system December 2018 and all orders before this are not included in the new system.
I am missing an item in my package, what shall I do?

My order was done in Japanese Yen, why is that?
You can choose the currency when you put items in the cart but during checkout it will automatically convert it to Japanese Yen, this is what we accept.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship World Wide.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We offer many different shipping methods, from express to surface. When you checkout you will see a series of options, pick the one that suits you best.
How much is shipping to my country?
The easiest way to know what shipping cost to your country is by adding all the parts in the cart and see for yourself during checkout, it will display different shipping methods with different prices.
How long does shipping take?
During checkout you will be able to see the shipping time for each shipping option you are able to choose, it varies from a couple of days to weeks.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped out as fast as possible. If we have the parts already in stock then you can expect about a three day wait, if the parts are not in stock then expect about 1 week.
I live in Japan, how do you send my package?
We send with Yu-Pack.
Do I get tracking?
All of our shipping options offer tracking so yes, you will get tracking.
I can't find my tracking number?
When your order has been shipped out you will get an e-mail with information including the tracking number. If for some reason you have not gotten an e-mail then please contact us.
Can you declare lower value on package?
We can not do this, sorry.
My item is broken, what shall I do?
If your product(s) are faulty or gets faulty within 30 days after you got the package please contact us and we will help you.
I got the wrong parts, what shall I do?
If you for some reason got the wrong order sent to you then we will help you fix the situation, just contact us and we will solve it.
Will this joystick and buttons fit?
If you have questions about this then please tell us what you are mounting it in and we will try and help you.
Will Seimitsu nuts fit Sanwa screw-in buttons?
Yes they will. The Sanwa nut is a little bit bigger and offer more grip but the Seimitsu nut will work as well. This applies for both 30mm and 24mm buttons.
Do you have measurements for this part?
If you are searching for a measurement for a joystick, mounting plate or button then please look in the text description at the specific product page you are interested in and there should be a picture or a link to a picture. If you still can not find it please contact us.
Where do you get your joystick and buttons from?
We get all our Sanwa and Seimitsu parts directly from the manufacturer, so it is 100% original from Japan.
For parts other than Japanese we get it from both the manufacturer and 3rd party but we only buy original parts.

What is the fee to use this service?
It is a standard 300yen fee for each product you buy. On top of that there may apply other fees like bank transfer et.c, please read this page to fully understand it.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Please contact us, it is very important that we fix as many bugs as possible so it doesn't interfere with the customer experience.
My cart shows value but is empty, how can I fix this?
This may happen in some browsers. Go to the cart and in the url type "/clear" after the url so it says "https://akishop.jp/cart/clear" and it should clear itself out.
